What is cotton duck? It's a densely woven cloth whose warp and weft thread counts sit close to equal, which is why it feels smooth, wears hard, and softens with time to conform to your body, giving you that ideal aged, lived-in patina that gets imitated but never quite matched. (And oh yeah, "duck" comes from the Dutch word doek which means cloth, or canvas. Take that to Jeopardy! Knowledge is power!)

Our duck jacket is a proper working jacket: triple-needle stitching at the shoulders and armholes so it lasts job after job, a fully finished 6-ounce polyfill nylon lining, and a corduroy collar that's a joy to pop. This is well-made workwear you'll be putting on for years to come.
